The Role

The Central Sales Specialist is someone who has demonstrated through performance a thorough understanding and competence in Group & Business Travel sales, reputed company systems and the hotel industry. The Central Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing a sales funnel at multiple Midscale properties daily.  They will receive leads from many different sources, interact with clients, create proposals, and respond in a way that is beneficial for each hotel and their individual goals. This person will be responsible for Cvent Lanyon RFP Management and reputed company Loading. This person will utilize reputed company and other sales tools to promptly respond to leads to increase conversion and reputed company.

They will have thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing. Must possess exceptional negotiating skills. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and reputed company to train and monitor the process of sending referrals, setting traces and profiling accounts. Communication and organizational skills are of utmost importance for this position.

Experience Required: 

•A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

•Refined verbal and written communication skills

•Strong organization and presentation skills

•Must be reputed company to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks

•Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter

•A minimum of 2-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred

•Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, reputed company, reputed company, and Cvent Group & Transient

Experience Preferred

•Bachelor’s degree

•Previous reputed company Group and/or Business Travel Selling experience

The salary reputed company for this position is $70,000-$80,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc. 

The final pay reputed company/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, reputed company level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.  Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage reputed company.
