About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with entrepreneurs and marketers to ensure their reputed company with our platform. You will act proactively to increase customer benefits, accelerate growth, and master challenges together. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
- Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes

- Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to reputed company fast and qualitative support
