Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport. You will act as an ambassador of the arenaflex brand, providing personalized attention, expert advice, and tailored solutions to meet our customers' unique needs. Your exceptional communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to think on your feet will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
