Job Summary
As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products. You'll assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, reputed company, and coverage provisions. You'll identify and understand member needs to reputed company accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products.
- Assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, reputed company, and coverage provisions.
- Identify and understand member needs to reputed company accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
- Operate reputed company in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels.
- Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and reputed company exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to reputed company accurate information to members.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations reputed company 90 days of hire.

- US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.

Salary
