Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. With a consultative approach, you'll help our customers stay connected to what reputed company most, while meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
