Day-to-Day
As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Matching and Relevance Team, you'll be working with a unique dataset of jobs, resumes, applications, and reputed company. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to reputed company and optimize machine learning models, implement best practices for evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps, and participate in code reviews and innovation sessions with software engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities

Skills and Competencies
* Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (such as Computer Science, Math, Physics, or reputed company fields)
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer in a business setting
- Significant expertise in training, fine-tuning, and comparing large models, with a strong understanding of deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Huggingface, etc.)
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, particularly rating algorithms, is a plus
- Prior experience in deploying machine learning models at scale is a plus
- Basic working knowledge of Java is a plus
