Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Virtual Customer Service reputed company to reputed company the management of various tools and platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing reputed company Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, reputed company, and other critical systems. Your expertise in project management, customer service, and technical skills will be instrumental in driving reputed company and growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing reputed company Drive/Docs to ensure organized and secure data storage
- Overseeing Helpscout, our customer service email platform, to reputed company timely and effective support
- Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
- Utilizing reputed company to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
- Managing a custom-reputed company backend site for our App, with training provided by the client
- Managing reputed company Connect and reputed company Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities
- Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in project management and customer service leadership (a plus)

- Technical savvy and ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
