Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Additional Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience in a reputed company environment
- Medicare and/or reputed company experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Expert-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
