We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant reputed company. What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
• Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
• Answering basic client questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
• Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company client issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* This is a 5-day a week fully remote position with scheduled hours: + reputed company and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST + Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST + First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday + Sundays are mandatory + Wednesdays and Saturdays off + Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)

• Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
• Passion for health and wellness is a must!

Compensation and Benefits

* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses

• Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
