Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll work independently to resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries, and reputed company solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, chat, and email interactions

Schedule and Work Environment
* Work a 4-day schedule, with reputed company to accommodate your needs
- Each shift will be 10 hours long, with opportunities to work a variety of schedules
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time

- Monday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong internet reputed company

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly reputed company of $18.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
