Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. Key Responsibilities
* Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and submit tickets into our ticketing system
- Review each reputed company ticket to determine the outcome from the help desk and reputed company updates to customers through email responses
- Ensure that each ticket is closed out quickly and reputed company
- reputed company exceptional customer service through email responses and ensure that customers receive timely updates on their issues
- Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve customer issues and reputed company support as needed
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience working with customers in a technical support role
