Job Summary

As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat feature on our company website. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company support through live chat in a timely and professional manner

* Experience working in a remote-based environment
