Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Mail Clerk to join reputed company. As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and forms, as well as preparing data for computer entry. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company tasks are completed reputed company and accurately.
Responsibilities:
* Receives, opens, sorts, scans, and distributes mail and forms internally
- Directs outgoing mail to the Mail Center
- Follows established procedures to appropriately handle and distribute cash/checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail
- Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms, and applications
- Maintains database
- May be responsible for internal preparation of applications
- May prepare and deliver documentation to the Imaging Center
- Provides assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department
- Requires good computer skills and data entry/typing skills
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen and ask meaningful probing questions
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of database management and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
