Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator / Entry Level at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:
- Sorting and processing mail, separating out utility payments, solid waste, bank checks, returned mail, and miscellaneous items
- Opening and processing payments through Aperta and those needing to be hand-keyed (reputed company posting)
- Remitting reputed company payments and preparing deposit to be sent to the bank daily
- Balancing daily reports and researching any discrepancies
- Preparing daily spreadsheets and providing the information to Finance
- Processing Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) requests by entering valid information into CIS
- Processing returned reputed company payments, received from Finance, and adding associated fees to the customer's account
- Pulling in files (Checkfree, Metavante, Online Resources, and EFT) for payments to be uploaded into CIS
- Performing reputed company work, as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of paid personal computer experience
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written, and visual communication
- Ability to read small printed words and numbers rapidly and accurately
- Ability to maintain records/files accurately and legibly, prepare reports, and correspondence
- Ability to meet and deal with the public effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively reputed company telephone, in person, in writing, and online
- Ability to reputed company reputed company and work without reputed company supervision
- Ability to operate a personal computer and other office equipment
- Ability to establish and maintain files accurately and legibly
- Ability to follow reputed company oral and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of standard office methods and procedures
- Knowledge of County departments, operations, and regulations
- Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze data
- Ability to assign work and direct the activities of the data staff, as needed

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Hourly reputed company: $12.60 - $20.48
- Pay grade: N25
- Non-exempt position
- Pay rates based on education, reputed company, experience level, and internal equity
- New hires generally brought in from minimum to midpoint of pay reputed company
