Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative - Fully Remote, your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to reputed company or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
• Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
• Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy, etc.
• Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Must be a reputed company Carolina reputed company
• Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary
