Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reputed company Service reputed company, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams on platform usage.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3-5 years of experience
in customer service or call center operations, with a strong understanding of retail or BPO environments.
Proficiency in CRM tools
