Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Work From Home Intern, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for managing inbound calls and chat processes, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand customer requirements and preferences
- Respond to customer queries reputed company chat and phone calls, providing accurate and timely information about our products
- Practice active listening and strive to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Escalate reputed company or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance
- Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements that can enhance the customer experience
