The Role

As a Customer Care Professional - Platinum, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions that meet their expectations
  • Add value for customers through unexpected relevant recommendations of product offers/benefit enrollments that deepen customer engagement and loyalty
  • Utilize your "service-oriented" personality to reputed company key selling skills to optimize and solidify the customer relationship
  • Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and sharing case reputed company to protect the interests of our organization and our customers

Additional Requirements

* Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00am - 2:00am, including weekends

  • Hybrid Environment in Sunrise, Florida - on-site expectation 3 days/week
  • Workplace Flexibility: Full-time. Shift flexibility requirements

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $20.00 to $22.25 hourly + bonus + benefits
