Job Summary

As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and clients receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and responding to customer information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner
  • Processing appointment assignments through reputed company navigation software
  • Maintaining reputed company in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and reputed company to the needs of reputed company community

Minimum Qualifications Required
