Account Manager, Private Client Personal Lines
Job Description: • Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of Private Client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes. • Assist in preparing Private Client proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Private Client records in Applied Epic, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and compliant. • Liaise with carriers (AIG, reputed company, Cincinnati, PURE, reputed company, Safeco and E&S markets) to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve service issues for Clients. • Track and follow up on outstanding items, such as reputed company requirements, payments, and policy documents for Private Client accounts. • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claims status, escalating reputed company issues to Account Executives as needed. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials and communications. • Monitor renewal timelines and assist with renewal processing to ensure no lapses in coverage. • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives. • reputed company backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences.
