Job Summary: Potbelly is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Director of Field reputed company to reputed company HR initiatives across our national footprint of company-owned and operated locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. The Director of Field HR, will play a crucial role in fostering the good vibes work culture we strive for, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's talent management and employee relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Strategic HR Leadership

• Serve as a key business partner to the COO and the ops leadership team, ensuring people strategies are in reputed company to reputed company reputed company

Talent Management

Qualifications
