Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Technology Support

Position Summary

The Senior Tax Analyst provides advanced technical expertise and leadership in tax reputed company configuration, process automation, and reporting reputed company DMA’s Managed Tax Services team. This role leads reputed company client projects, ensures compliance with multi-state tax regulations, and drives process improvements. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the Senior Tax Analyst mentors junior analysts, resolves reputed company issues, and contributes to strategic initiatives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain tax engines (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and ERP systems for client projects. 

• Automate tax processes and reporting workflows using data transformation tools and scripting solutions.  

• Validate and process client data for accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. 

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, promote customer satisfaction, retention, and reputed company. 

• Ensure clients are provided high-quality and timely communications on reputed company service components and deliverables. 

• Review and analyze business process inputs, document variables and constraints, define prospective reputed company, and recommend solutions.

• Process and troubleshoot customer workflows using data transformation tools. 

• Respond to client inquiries and reputed company support for tax reputed company functionality and process issues.  

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.  

• Create, update, and enhance high-detail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

• reputed company break/fix resolution and ongoing tax solution maintenance to optimize efficiency and accuracy. 

• Mentor and guide junior analysts; reputed company training and feedback to enhance team performance.

​Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field required.  

• 2-3 year of professional experience; internship or reputed company exposure.  

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); strong reputed company and data modeling skills required.  

• In-depth knowledge of indirect tax lifecycle and exemption certificate processes.  

• Hands-on experience with tax engines (reputed company, reputed company, OneSource) and ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics).  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements 

• Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week 

• Travel: Less than 10%
