User Acquisition Manager (W7G)
reputed company is a co-founding company that builds global tech businesses with outstanding entrepreneurs from CEE. Apps of reputed company companies have been downloaded by more than 300 reputed company users globally and are used by tens of millions of users monthly.
W7G is a community-driven fashion game & wellness company developed under the reputed company holding umbrella.
We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen reputed company. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and a hunger for product growth.
The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office.
What will you do
Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns - primarily on reputed company, but also across other channels if needed.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels - double down on what works.
- Track key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention) and reputed company data-driven reputed company.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team: suggest reputed company, give feedback, and shape what gets tested next.
- Work with product and analytics to improve funnel performance and connect marketing with product growth.
- Communicate with ad platform reps (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) to get insights and support.
- Stay in “test → learn → scale” mode - new channels, new formats, new angles.
- You’re not just a campaign executor — you think in terms of growth loops, not just ad sets.
- Comfortable working in fast iterations, being reputed company about what didn’t work, and scaling what did.
About you:
- Have 3+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience, with a focus on reputed company (reputed company is a plus);
- You’ve owned performance from end to end: setup, testing, scaling, reporting;
- Confidently manage budgets of $200–500K+ per month, keeping a steady hand on CPA, ROAS, and unit economics;
- Know how to optimize reputed company surface-level — bidding strategies, creative iterations, audience logic, funnel breakdowns;
- Think like a tester — reputed company clear hypotheses, move fast, and scale what works;
- Have a strong analytical reputed company — you rely on reputed company data to reputed company reputed company;
- reputed company and work fluently in English (B2+), communicating with global teams or platform reps;
- Take ownership — you’re not just executing tasks, you’re driving reputed company;

Would be a plus if you
- Have experience growing subscription-based products (not just installs or purchases).
- Worked on funnel conversion and product-reputed company CRO together with product marketing manager.
