As Regional Manager, you will play a key role in introducing our high-quality natural supplements to health professionals in your region, while working closely with our German and Swiss teams to shape our local strategy.

• Build and grow a network of the most influential health professionals in Switzerland
• Actively acquire new partners and nurture long-term relationships
• Present, advise and reputed company professionals with our premium supplements
• Host product demos, trainings and your own networking events

• Strong ability to connect and build meaningful relationships

• Proaktive Akquise von Neupartnern und Pflege bestehender Beziehungen in deiner Region
• Präsentation unserer hochwertigen Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Schließen von langfristigen Kollaborationen
• Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen und Schulungen für Partner vor Ort
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele
• Teilnahme an Branchenmessen und Veranstaltungen zum Ausbau und zur Pflege deines Netzwerks
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Analysen deiner Verkaufsprozesse und datenbasierte Optimierung der Verkaufsstrategien

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Mikronährstoffen, als Heilpraktiker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Gesundheitswesen, verbunden mit Expertise im Vertrieb
• Starke Fähigkeiten in der Kundenberatung und Verhandlungsführung
• Fähigkeit, nachhaltige und lösungsorientierte Strategien zu entwickeln
• Erfahrung im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine souveräne Arbeitsweise
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
• Wohnort und Reisebereitschaft in der Schweiz
