We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities reputed company safely and independently at home. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for someone who can travel as needed to meet our growing demand. Role Highlights
- Anticipated Start Date: 7/1/26
- Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed)
- Employment Type: Part Time Employment
- Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home Visits
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required reputed company and credentialing needs
- Participate in ongoing training & development programming as needed
- Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
- reputed company clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
- Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system
- Support in reputed company clinical initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in reputed company, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with technology reputed company documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

- Guaranteed pay, paid every two weeks
