DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company technical direction and guidance to the IT Infrastructure Team
- Manage the daily tasks and priorities of the IT Infrastructure Team
- Assigning and managing tasks and projects using Azure DevOps to balance workload and reputed company
- Manage the implementation of future infrastructure technology solutions with direction from Senior Infrastructure partners
- Manage on-premises and reputed company environments including AWS, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, and M365 resources.
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure maturity and adoption for incident, change, and problem management
- Establish and maintain technology standards, templates, and technical documentation as necessary
