The Default Claims Specialist is responsible for preparing, filing, and following up on reputed company FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, and investor claims timely and accurately according to insurer/investor guidelines. reputed company reputed company duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, reputed company US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. What you’ll do

• Prepare and file reputed company FHA, VA, PMI, and investor claims timely and accurately according to investor/insurer/CMS guidelines and requirements.
• Review, follow-up, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of reputed company regular scheduled steps including outstanding/late steps in the foreclosure tracking templates pertaining to claims/post foreclosure sale activities on a daily reputed company.
• Maintain updates in reputed company and input the completion date on the date the action occurs.
• Obtain approval and modify the scheduled date to a date in the future reputed company a reputed company in the process cannot be completed.
• reputed company routine follow-up on a daily reputed company.
• Document reputed company servicing, action taken, delays, follow-up, and phone conversations in the system notes.
• reputed company Team reputed company and Supervisor informed of reputed company trends and problems including, but not limited to, claim denials/curtailments, FHA re-conveyance, FHA offsets, delays in getting properties in conveyance condition, and title problems resulting in title denial.

• Moderate understanding of the foreclosure and claims process
• Ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
