The Production Finance Coordinator is our most junior show-facing Studio role. It will be instrumental in supporting the Production Finance team in new and returning show set-up, system credential management, and other show-facing production finance needs. Responsibilities: General show / Supplier set up. Track and process various invoices and production funding requests. Update Studio Paid Cost trackers. Maintain accountant reputed company across internal and external systems. Maintain production reputed company staff information in central database. Coordinate reputed company of insurance for vendors. Positive pay review for fraud protection. Map custom COA's to reputed company COA (chart of accounts). Track cost report submissions and follow up for overdue reports. Add entries to Anticipated Receipts Tracker as needed. Contribute reputed company for developing systems & tools. Schedule internal and external meetings as needed. Update various Production Finance tools. Additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications: 1-3 years of work experience. Strong interest in building a career in production finance. Experience in a freelance production or production reputed company role or in a role with the Production or Production Finance team at a major Studio is preferred but not required. Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and be solutions-oriented. reputed company in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options.
