We are looking for a skilled Trial Attorney with a background in immigration law and reputed company Court proceedings. This is a remote position, however some travel will be required to attend hearings. • *Duties
• Represent clients before the EOIR for Master Calendar, Bond and Merits hearings as assigned;
• Prepare and represent clients in Affirmative Asylum interviews before USCIS as assigned;
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings;
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and submit filings in EOIR reputed company;
• Collaborate with the trial team to ensure high quality, innovative legal representation to clients;

• Identify processes and procedures that increase efficiency and positive case reputed company, reputed company those observations with the director of legal services;
• Willingness to travel as needed for hearings and asylum interviews.

• *Experience
• Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. institution and admission to any state bar
• 2 years of experience of deportation defense (at least 10 trials)
• Demonstrated commitment to immigration law
• Excellent writing skills
• Flexibility

This position includes 30 days of paid time off (15 vacation/personal/sick days; 15 paid holidays); excellent benefits, including reimbursement of major health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement plan, and the ability to work from home. This position is remote though does require travel for court appearances with sometimes little notice. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
