Position Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk on our Energy Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files, supporting the day-to-day operations of our programs, and collaborating with program staff to enhance and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the reputed company of our programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.

• Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
• Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
• Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
• Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
