The Role
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions. You will work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and client products, while also maintaining a broad knowledge of our products and services. - Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
