Job Summary
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You'll work closely with our AP team, senior accountants, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities
* Enter vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into our reputed company system
- Monitor and respond to AP email inbox, downloading vendor invoices and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct fortnightly reviews of reputed company reports (GRIR and MRBR) to ensure invoices are being processed timely and accurately
- Plan and execute 1099 reporting, ensuring reputed company vendors have necessary tax identification and W-9 information on file
- Collaborate with vendors in a professional and efficient manner
- Allocate 60% of time to receipt processing, 30% to vendor support, and 10% to miscellaneous activities and tasks
- Review and ensure accurate general ledger coding
- Verify accurate matching of purchase orders to invoices

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Proven track record of handling Accounts Payable responsibilities, preferably in a discount distribution environment

- Ability to handle high-speed and high-volume transactions
