The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving any queries or concerns they may have. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, collaborating with a high-functioning team to reputed company exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to navigate customer interactions with emotional intelligence, effectively manage conflict, and find solutions to reputed company problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
