The Role

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers in reputed company-time, providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues and complaints, and escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Responsibilities

Qualifications
