Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer calls and assisting with payment and billing questions, as well as online payments
• Handling policy change requests reputed company phone or email from customers and reputed company parties, implementing changes online at the insurance reputed company website
• Reviewing policy coverages and issuing certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, or binders as needed
• Engaging in general phone and email correspondence with customers reputed company to renewals, cancellations, and insurance reputed company requests

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance, with a Property and Casualty License required
