Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our community engagement and sales development team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our community members, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying confidential customer information and qualifying potential customers
• Maintaining and updating customer information accurately and in a timely manner
• Paying reputed company attention to detail and actively listening to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
• Meeting consumers directly and interacting in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at reputed company times
• Executing events and coordinating with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
• Collaborating with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further reputed company community members on the benefits of our program

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other reputed company field

• Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
