Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat in a reputed company, courteous, and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
