The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
- Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
- Assisting customers with program enrollment
- Routing customers to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
- Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't reputed company English, and more
- Placing outbound calls as needed to reputed company time-sensitive information with customers
- Using multiple computer systems to reputed company data and document information
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of public benefit programs and prior experience in a health or reputed company services setting is highly desirable, but not required. In addition, you will need:
