What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, including:
- Answering incoming communications from customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to reputed company answers to customers' questions and resolve issues
- Making recommendations to customers to reputed company sales and drive reputed company growth
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company a seamless experience
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for high-end fashion and luxury retail
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience

- Computer experience and high-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
