Job Summary
As a Customer Service Project Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing accurate and complete information to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also meeting sales targets and call handling quotas. Responsibilities
* Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
