Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, Media & Entertainment, US, you will be responsible for leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading business reputed company and articulating accelerated customer reputed company through reputed company transformation
• Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term
• Developing a reputed company account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with arenaflex account team (direct sales)
• Establishing executive relationships across business & technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs
• Establishing an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to reputed company: Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, Legal
• Delivering on annual bookings, reputed company, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure reputed company with defined customer reputed company and arenaflex ProServe business objectives
• Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience
• 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
• A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale reputed company IT Transformation programs
• Experience in leading solutions that include core products, reputed company-party products, and custom-reputed company solutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations
