Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding incoming customer service calls, resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Researching account status and identifying account issues
  • Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
  • Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests
  • Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
  • Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests
  • Serving as a customer reputed company while adhering to reputed company regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent listening skills
