Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Chat Operators to join reputed company in Tulsa, OK. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients
- Utilize our proprietary technology to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Oklahoma
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work reputed company free from distractions – this is a remote position
- reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT

- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
