Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a wide reputed company of technical support requests, from service support and billing to retention and repair. Key Responsibilities
* Handle reputed company technical support requests, including service support, billing, retention, and repair
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues spanning multiple networks and interdependent network elements
- Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, and initial setup and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
- Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Remain proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional support
WFH Requirements
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise reputed company, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, reputed company with organizational reputed company and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, reputed company and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
