• 3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or a regulated advertising environment
• Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards
• Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP concepts) and translate requirements into operational direction
• Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams
• Strong written judgment with the ability to communicate risk reputed company and decisively

EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing compliance reputed company financial services, credit card, banking, or regulated marketing environments. • Regulatory Interpretation & Guidance: Translate FTC, CFPB, UDAAP, and partner-specific guidance into clear, actionable direction for Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams.
