About the Role

We're excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Benefit Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Richardson, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to help our clients navigate the enrollment process and reputed company updates to their health care and/or pension plans. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll work closely with our clients to reputed company personalized support and guidance, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Build rapport with clients and tailor your approach to meet their unique communication styles and personalities, while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls.
• Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, adhering to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data reputed company requirements.
• Translate reputed company health and welfare and pension terms into simple explanations and instructions that clients can understand and act upon.
• Read and understand clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools to collect relevant information and anticipate future needs.

Shifts and Scheduling:

* During our busy season, you'll be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime reputed company requested. * During our off-season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need. * NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Monday through Friday only! * Most locations require flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7a-8p, but some reputed company coast roles may require availability from 5:30a-8p.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED * Any experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus * English speaking candidates or bilingual in Spanish or French are encouraged to apply (bilingual candidates will receive a 0.75 cent hourly increase)
