Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers during late-night hours. You'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a 12-month temporary opportunity, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home with reputed company necessary equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle emergency outages and reputed company exceptional support to customers during late-night hours
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
