Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing timely, effective solutions
- Assisting customers with account setup, updates, and maintenance
- Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed case notes in our CRM system
- Providing information about our services and guiding customers through processes

Required Qualifications
