Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes.
