Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend Outbound/Inbound Customer Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in reputed company interactions. Establish and earn customers' trust through reputed company and personalized service.
- Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls reputed company and courteously. Handle reputed company appointment requests with precision.
